Student Success Statement 

"Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body,it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity.The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex.Much is not yet understood.But we do know what the Greeks knew:that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong."

Reflection:I believe that everyone should be physically fit.Its possibly the best thing someone could do for themselves is to be in top shape and condition.Being physically fit comes in handy alot more than people think plus it prevents you from getting tired and hurt less.In my opinion physical fitness is more than being in shape ,but being conditioned and healthy. Of course being healthy isn't the only way to be physically fit eating healthy also contributes to this.
